IAW PRO 2.0 Beta Video

I've put up a video demonstrating the power of the new IAW PRO 2.0 here:

http://instantarticlewizardpro.com/beta/betavideo.html

I think you can really see the ease and power of this HUGE update by watching it.

Please let me know what you think in a comment below.

SOME QUESTIONS ANSWERED
  1. How much will this cost?

Pricing as of right now is set for $7 for the first month. Nice and cheap so you can try it out and see if it's for you. After that it's $27 a month.

  2. Will this be a free upgrade for current IAW Pro owners?

    Yes.

  3. Will this be a free upgrade for current IAW (not the pro) owners?

No, but you will get a steep discount on the monthly cost.

  4. When will this be available?

    In about a week.

  5. Will you be phasing out IAW (not the pro)?

No. I plan to continue to improve and update the desktop-only version. It's great to get you started if you can't justify a monthly cost. Once you're ready for the big-time, though, IAW Pro is the way to go.

  6. Will the same query always produce the same results with IAW Pro?

No. A randomization factor is in the algorithm that prevents the same pages from being used, and the same ordering of the data returned. Up to the top 600 results of the search engines are used (depending on availability) in order to ensure this.

  7. Will it be limited to X number of topics per month like another product I've seen?

    Absolutely not.

  8. Is there support for any non-English languages?

Not yet. Right now IAW Pro 2.0 supports US and UK English, and localizes results from Google, MSN, Yahoo, News and News Archives to the US/UK depending on your settings. Plans are in the works for supporting other languages, but due to the complexity of the algorithm (and the fact that I don't speak any other languages) the initial version is likely to be released with English-only support.

  9. Will there be an affiliate program?

    Absolutely!

  10. Can I use the results as-is?

I don't recommend doing that. In order to comply with Fair Use, I always suggest rewriting the research to make it uniquely yours.

Wow, Jon! You've certainly taken this to new level. What's next - sending a ghostwriter to live with me and write on any topic at a moment's notice?

Great job - looking forward to it!

This looks like a very handy tool. Can the results be used as is or does one still need to write it out in ones own words?

Hey Jon,

Another fantastic product?!? I can't hardly wait for the release. I know the incredible advantage of article writing but in truth, I really dislike the tedious researching. IAW Pro 2.0 looks like it will solve all of this for me.

Jon, can IAW plain people upgrade to PRO now and what will the cost be? This is what I wanted with I got the desktop version.

I just love the stuff you put out. I also love the connection with Josh Spaulding. He is just as awesome as you aree!

Drooling for the new goodies. :)

Hey Jonathan,

If I weren't already married, I would be tempted to liberalize my stand on "same sex marriages" and begin stalking you.

I've had a ball using IAW to this point. But there have been moments when I thought, "If only it would do this.....or, I wonder if this would be possible"

You and IAW Pro heard me loud and clear. I can't wait to torture my mouse trying to keep up with the new program.

Count me in.

I will tell you that as a former investigative reporter for Post Newsweek TV I wish the heck I had this software! I'm also a well known writer on the Net and receive copies of all sorts of article writing software to beta test. I found most to complicated to use for this non-techie and others that would write like someone from a foreign country that was just learning English!

KUDOS BIG TIME!

I plan to pass on your video to a number of my clients for their consideration.

Thanks,

To answer some questions:

Current IAW Pro owners receive this as a free upgrade. IAW (not Pro) version owners will get a steep discount.

Full price is likely to be $7 for the first month, so you can really test it out and see if it's for you, and $27 a month after that if you decide that it is.

CH said...

Jon, looks great!

How will this affect the people that bought the first edition?

We don't get an upgrade because it's on your servers?

I hope that's not the case.

Jon, this is exactly what i dreamed of! English is not my mother tongue and it would save me hours of work.

Jon,

I double checked and I have IAW 2.2, so will I get an upgrade? Will there be a cost?

Please let me know. Thanks!

Looks amazing.

A great option would be to regionalise the results eg The UK version of the Canon camera often has different features than the US version (the same is true of most consumer electronics products).

I am sure this is true in other sectors as well where someone is looking to target the UK customer.

I can guarantee you at least one extra customer if you did this!

You did it again Jon, looking forward to signing up for it.

David said...

Hi Jon,
This looks really great and I'd love to test it. I have IAW 2.0 (not pro) and I don't use it that much unless all I want is snippets. This version looks much better if it works for my areas as well as it did for your demo areas. Is there a discount for IAW 2.0 users? Will IAW 2.0 continue to work?

Thanks
David

Dave said...

This looks like a huge improvement. I bought both of your first 2 versions, tried them but didn't actually use them. The main reason I haven't used them is they don't appear to have the great flexibility and readability of the results that this one has. Where do I sign up? Oh, and how much will it cost?

Deb said...

I purchased IAW Pro 1.0 (the original) the day it launched. But 2.0 is a whole new animal!! Much, MUCH improved functionality, and a huge quantum leap in POWER...

Good work, guy. Looking forward to trying it out.

Hi Jonathan...well you have been working hard and your video of IAW Pro 2.0 is exemplary.

There is no doubt this is a magnificent work on your part...however...i implore you...do not make the mistake of making your subsciption service too high...i.e. more than $67 a month...as I know, people competing with your product would benefit, not you.

I have been a customer of yours for some time and quite frankly, you are a truly amazing, dedicated marketer, on a par with the big guys out there...yes that is how highly I respect you.

I wish you great success with this update to IAW pro.

Richard said...

Yes PLEASE !

Andoo said...

Looks REALLY greate.

But please add a settings menu to change languages and countries for the pages to limit articles to a language! This would be perfect.

Christopher Phillips said...

Hi Jon
Yes this version is really something.
I have the original program IAW2 so are you going to phase this out?
If so are there any real incentives for existing users to upgrade?
I have turned out quite a few articles with first version and I must admit that it had its limitations but it certainly worked well.
This new version is going to make it possible for anyone to prepare at least a dozen original articles every day.
And the reviews were incredible as well.
Well done!!
Upgrade?......It must depend on the price so please make it attractive.
Regards
Chris

Hi John,
I bought the first version and it was not so great so I hope the ones like me can have the second version for free, well if that is not the case I hope we can pay less to upgrade, so far I haven't been using the first version pratically and I am looking forward to use the second.
So, my question is the same as an other person asked:

How will this affect the people that bought the first edition?

We don't get an upgrade because it's on your servers?

I think you will want to consider the free upgrade option, we are your clients aren't we??
thanks anyway

Jonathan,

This looks amazing, much better than the original IAW which I still have. It's definitely time to upgrade as my IAW doesn't return many results anymore on particular searches. That said, do we have to wait until next week for this bruiser version to launch?? I need this, oh I don't know, "NOW" would be good! Bummer on the monthly fee though but I know your servers aren't free, it's simply a cost of doing business. One I'm willing to pay to bend speed limit signs with this thing. If you can launch it sooner I'll be at the ready Jonathan. Thanks for another great product for us!

Jon, expanding the search space will be very helpful since some of the info I want is not yet in articles, but is in blogs, etc.

I realize your server software will be limited to what it can see on the web, but it would be nice if IAW could search my "clippings", a 25GB collection of saved webpages and PDFs from the last five years on specific areas of research I follow. Think about that for a future feature.

Your organization strategy appears to be better than before, so the phrases come together with more sense. I assume it is still possible in options to select all sentences, and I wonder what that would look like with the new organization.

Does the organization work once sentences have been added to the research block?

I understand the need to go to a subscription mode, but hopefully it will be kept low enough to be useful for the part-time writer. If I were writing articles full-time, it would be a no-brainer, but I also run my website, do shows, and meet people. All while I am retired.

Looks good, keep it up.

TJ MacDonald said...

Very impressed by quality of parsed output. The downside is that it's quality will tempt lazy writers to forgo own input.

Now some 'nice-to-have' functions...

(1) I agree with others on benefit of regional filter. (2) Option to carry over source ref with text would be helpful for honest writers who want to cite works of others. (3) Being able to include multiple keyword phrases (and/or negatives) would help refine results when identical terms can be used in very different contexts. For example, "market education" can relate to the marketing function of educating one's market and is also commonly used in very different context of stock market education (ie education ABOUT something).
All desirable, but their absense definitely not deal-breakers.

Hello Jon,

I just watched the video and I am a bit confused. I want to purchase IAW. However, I don't understand what versions are available and what the difference is between them. As I understand it now, there seems to be
IAW 1.0
IAW 2.0 (currently being sold for $67) and
IAW Pro 2.0 (soon to be released in beta)
What is the difference between the 3. (Especially the difference between the IAW 2.0 and IAW Pro 2.0)
Does the IAW 2.0 ($67) retrieve its data from the entire web or just a set amount of articles?
I know that IAW Pro 2.0 retrieves info from the entire internet. Does this mean that it will render different versions for the same keyword?
I was on the verge of making a purchase; but I need some exact clarification on how the versions differ in order to make an informed purchase.
Please advise. I apologize for the long-windedness. I want to buy IAW; but I'm not sure which one! :)

Thank you,
Bridget

I was wondering if there was a way to include a couple things like, keyword density, word count and copyscape. Perhaps you can make a tool that directly works with all versions of IAW and charge a nominal price to integrate it with IAW. Maybe make it work with all types of article builder software programs.

That could be another income stream
a it sure would come in handy for serious article writing.

Jon,

Great Software Designer-Coder you are.

Coder to Coder... Designer to Designer....
Got a killer IDEA for you.
What about thowing a quick word switcher funtion in there.

When you ran the query and got back the first sentence, it went something like "Diet Pills Mainly..." . What if I could hover over a word, let it sit for a second and there is a small window that pops up that would have some suggestions based on synonyms. So If I wanted to massage the word Mainly, I could quickly choose "Cheifly" or "Largely" adding to the uniqueness

Then I click that new word and IAW Pro replaces that word with the one I selected because I liked it better and it went with the flow of the article better.
If you like that idea, can I get a couple months free in subscriptions? :)

Simply awesome!
Is there the ability to find the source articles from which the selected sentences are taken?

I have an idea for an article, or maybe a series of articles on a controversial subject. In some instances, I'd like to know the source of comments made for substantiation.

In the particular genre I'm interested in, many articles simply
rehash the subject over and over again. Readers begin to actually believe something because it's repeated so many times....often something that simply isn't true to begin with.

Jon,

This looks fantastic! I am getting ready to launch an Internet business, probably more than one and IAW Pro 2.0 appears to be a tool I can definitely use.

BTW, my background is in On-Demand, Software-as-a-Service products and services and I can appreciate the concerns with bandwidth costs and scalability. How will you be managing security and uptime SLAs?

Thanks for a great effort!

Jon, this is VERY interesting. I am currently blogging for clients. Just quick 150-200 word posts on subjects I am beginning to become familiar with. You have just made it a lot easier for me to do my research. In that demo on the video I could go with one or two paragraphs of IAW-generated content, re-write it, add a comment or fact from my own familiarity with the topic, and -- bingo -- I'm done one post for a clinet. AND YOU HAVE @% MORE WAITIGN FOR ME TO DO THE SAME THING WITH. This is going to greatly speed up my blogging.

As a 'piccy' ex teacher and purchaser of the original IAW, I still research and write articles from scratch (hours of work as anyone knows!)as my expectations are high.

IAW was useful for me initially as a basic 'starter' for ideas and 'arranging content sequence' but since I upgraded to version 2.0 Microsoft kept sending an error message everytime I try to run it so I have to admit that my frustration got the better of me and I stopped trying.

I am considering having another attempt with the Pro version now Jon, as it seems to be SO much better, without topic limitations (as compared to ICRobot) and with access to much of the info I research on the net anyway.

Am I correct in assuming that the new version does not include the Introduction and Conclusion sections? I thought these must have been helpful for composition- especially to complete writer 'phobics'.

I support Vics(?) suggestion of a Thesaurus type drop down menu for a few key words to provide that extra extension but not being a coder I imagine that this would be a huge job to undertake at this stage of development. Good Luck with the launch, you deserve it Jon.

Hey Jon, sounds like a FANTASTIC product, but speaking for myself, I don't really write anything anymore when building sites. I'd rather pay someone else to do this work for me. It seems like this product would be best geared towards those interested in writing for a business. Not all webmasters are like me though, and may want to minimize the writing costs. I can see it being pretty usable for them.
I personally perfer a web interface though, so there's no problem with operating your business from another machine somewhere.

Jon, This is absolutely a fantastic product. I want to get it right now, but like Christmas, I guess I have to wait. All that can be said is being said in the many blogs before I got here, but WOW I just can't resist and I don't know if I searched everything if I would find another term better than Tony the Tiger's comments "GREAT.......". Please make sure you let us know as soon as you make it a go. I am 67 and never thought I would see something as good, no scratch that, great as this and I want to get some user time in on it real soon. Many Congratulations to you.

Hi Jonathan,

We received and watched the video on Instant Article Writer Pro 2.0.

We are stuggling newbies at affiliate marketing and have benefited and enjoyed the emails and information you have been sending us. We definately need to write more articles to market our website and this product looks very exciting and it is what we need.

Even tho we have yet to make money from our website we are bound and determined to make it successful so $27.00 per month is a small price to pay for the time it will save us when researching and writing articles.

Let us know and when we can get the IAW PRO 2.0.

Thank you so much for sharing your well earned wisdom and knowledge with us and others.

Looks great.

Being able to filter by country / domain could be VERY handy.

Is it possible to have negative search options to exclude results with certain words - like "python -monty".

Why not continue to offer the $197 / year price for those ready to commit? Be a nice reward / incentive for those willing to signup for 12 months. I just prefer to pay upfront rather than having the monthly bills - they all add up.

Any chance of a Mac OSX version? Someone needs to own the Mac OSX SEO space. Getting tired of running Windows just for SEO Marketing stuff.

Robert said...

Hi Jon,

I just bought IAW (not pro) recently, and to be honest, I haven't used it very much. Not because it's not a good product, but due to lack of time and even laziness to do the research and then rewrite.

I am thinking of subscribing to a PLR company. The research is taken care of. All I think about is to rewrite.

Now you'd come up with this product!...and made me think again :-)

PLR subscription is perhaps between $15-$35/month, yours is $27/month...please give me a good reason not to subscribe to them. Or should I get a refund for IAW (not pro)and subscribe to IAW Pro 2.0?

The demo video is very impressive!

My question: Are we all getting the same results if we use the same search term?

Jonathan,

I think you have created a great product!

I was amazed how fast it was and how well the material fitted together.

It is also very good (and necessary) that the same keywords don't generate exactly the same results.

Thanks for the tips on using "the" and "is/are"!

I often write shall we say scientific things and need to quote the source exactly e g a book. If that can be easily managed as well then it would be superb.

Up to your usual pro Wizard tricks, Jon! Indeed, to be redundant, this looks awesome. However, I agree with Bob up the way: I am membershipped out. I would love to see this as a desktop app. And I agree with others about localizing the features. I have stepped into global waters and other languages, and could see this becoming one killer solution for those of us who trip frequently into waters outside USA. I have your v.1.0 and also the online Article Builder membership... which, both have interesting aspects. But my niches are outside much of what is in your dbases, so I've not used them a lot. Vern said...

Hi Jon,

I'm a writer so I know what
you are talking about there
in the video.

I agree with Bev (the x-teacher)
and Vic (in terms of a thesaurus)

Now, here is another suggestion
to make it even more killer:

1. Could you use "phrase" + "two"
kind of keyword in the field to get
a combination?

this is useful so we can get an
even more matching phrase for
the topic... a much much higher
quality.

2. Try putting a kind of "Hit Me"
button to randomly generate a fresh
slate of research data again and again.

Like this you can see multiple variations of the data generated
on the same keyword.

3. I saw the search is about
120/200 and then 194/200...

- Does this mean AIW Pro only
searches the first 200 pages
of googles results?

- can it do the 2nd 200 , or
3rd or even 4th or 5th 200 pages
(like a search results selection
criteria)

- Please tell me that it can also
pull results from Yahoo, MSN,
ask.com and so forth... ?

4. Ok, this one is the NUTS
request - but will you include
some sites like blogs or wikipedia
as reference sites for a feature
"button".

5. Last... one! resource
box suggestion window in
the display (everyone needs
a resource box right>)

I've probably said too much but
I'm already a loyal subscriber and
I know the value that you are
providing.

If you want I can help you test
it and give you even more
constructive feedback By
becoming your "BETA Tester"

As a writer on Ezinearticles,
I sure know what articles work
and what doesn't.

VERY sincerely,

Vern

PS: I'm in your mailing list
so search for Vern if its ok
for me to beta test and give
you a testimonial on this. ;)

The Fishing Dude said...

Outstanding stuff Jonathan!
But as i finished watching video, two suggestions were already in my mind:

1) Adding a button that will allow you to grab additional pieces of information for your paragraph is a good feature to suggest.

2) Why not release stand alone version of your algorithm so we can have it on our web hosting account?

This will lessen the burden on your server, bandwidth and maybe exempt us from paying subscription based fee so we can only pay once?

Graham said...

Jon, This sounds great. I, like so many others here, have bought and not used IAW1.0 and IAW2.0 but this Pro version sounds like I might start using it more.
$27 is not much every month but on top of what I'm already spending on subs, I need to think about cancelling some PLR subs . . . and what am I going to do with all the 1000's of PLR Articles I've got saved to my HD now. IAW Pro makes them sort-of redundant.
I'd rather spend time using IAW Pro than manually rewriting PLR so I'll certainly be giving it go for a month at $7.
Good job

Hi Jon,
This is simply amazing, it blew me off.

By the way, I have one little concern.

As the research is done over the Net, that means sentences might be extracted from articles written in British English and American English, would there be an inconsistent spelling problem? or your system will correct it, into British or American English?

Thanks and looking forward to the launch of IAW Pro V2.

Hi Jon,

My question is "does it show unique results for each search query"? In other words, if I performed a search using the same exact keyword phrases that you did in your example, will I get the same results or different ones?

It looks fantastic, but this is a concern.

This really looks like the first REAL breakthrough piece of software I've seen in a long, long time. Most other software that's come out recently have just been modifications or knockoffs of others. I'm a bit amused by people commenting on price. If you can't make 10 times the $27/month price with this I think you're in the wrong field.

As far as the comments about iContentRobot, it SAYS in the sales letter that it's limited to specific topics each month and it serves a totally different purpose than this. It seems to basically be a plr-ready version of uniquearticlewizard.

Heck, even this new brilliant program from Jon doesn't make contentcomposer obsolete. They all have their place for different purposes. Instead of complaining think of how you can use multiple programs together creatively!

Paul said...

One suggestion. It would be nice to pull only from certain TLDs such as .gov, .edu, .org (or a combo of them).

Hi Jon,

It's me again...

In the demo video, IAW Pro 2.0 picked the top 200 pages for the search term and used a sentence or two from each article. With only 200 pages, for sure there will be duplicate results, right?...or maybe not, because of the number of possible combinations, then you still need to rewrite?

Oh well, can't wait to give it a test drive.
